Tammy`s Diner in Round Hill

We were taken to Tammy's by some friends from the local area. Even knowing it existed and knowing where it is (thank you Google), we still had to go in and ask if it was the right place; there's no sign outside indicating it was Tammy's. The food was served quickly and was an absolutely perfect exponent of the diner genre. Healthy portions and very high quality. The place was packed and is clearly very popular with the locals which makes sense. If you're looking for an authentic local diner with good quality food then this place fits the bill.

Good basic breakfast; food delivered fast and as ordered; waitress attentive. RECOMMENDED

Everything about this place is good except for the fact that they have little space. This just effects everything, the refrigerator is in the eating area with the freezer in the corner. The fries and chips weren't salted to be ready to use that salt shaker. Also Have some cash ready because they only except cash.

A nice simple diner with good simple food.

Delicious, Tammy's is the best place in the area to get a nice hot breakfast. It gets very busy here (because word gets around how great this place is), but the staff do a great job of hustling to keep the orders moving. Tammy's is just what you might expect from a classic country kitchen sort of restaurant, all of the basic breakfast options, all served quick, and I have never had anything from Tammy's that was not delicious. The only improvement need is perhaps better seating.

If you love diners, you'll love Tammy's. The food is exactly what you want it to be, it's reasonably priced, and there's always a friendly face to greet you when you walk in.

Always love Tammy's AND Tammy. Great breakfast surrounded by lovely friends and Neighbors. You never go into Tammy's and feel like you're a stranger.

I ordered corned beef hash and eggs with bacon. The corned beef was cooked to perfection. And I enjoyed the eggs and bacon as well.

This is a tiny spot in a quaint, historic neighborhood. I saw that they had scrapple on the menu, so it was a slam dunk choice. We had a family vacation at a house around the corner. I wasn't expecting the diner to be so small, but the staff was very friendly. The food was amazing...exactly how I'd expect from a small town diner. We ate there two days in a row. I'd definitely come back.

Cash only! Small place- drove past it the first time, attached to the Exxon. Definitely the kind of place where the local elders gather to gossip- we got quite a few funny looks. Service was ok, food was ok. I've had better dive diner fare elsewhere, and more quickly. I'm not going out of my way to go back.

Delicious food, breakfast & lunch only. Scrapple cooked to perfection, crispy on each side and a little soft in the middle. Will definitely be back on our next visit.

Great little diner in the middle of Round Hill: good food, great service and everyone there was like a big family. Even Tammy herself was serving everyone. This is a must-visit diner when in Loudoun County!

The perfect diner experience. Service was just right, the food was excellent, and there's plenty of parking out back. Just remember: use cash!

Excellent food!! Excellent service!! Friendly people, great menu, good prices, great specials. We (a group of 5) showed up for breakfast, found smiling faces to greet us and a table for all of us. The specials were delicious, the sandwiches superb, and the coffee hot and refilled. Lovely local hangout, cannot ask for anything more. Definitely 5 Stars!!

Recently moved to the area & was looking for a new diner, as we love that kind of food. Only "regulars" seem welcome here -not only were the customers (who obviously go here a lot as they were behind the counter, etc) rude here but also the staff!Gave it a go anyway & the food was terrible. We tried going on two other occasions, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, in case it was just a bad day, but received the same treatment. We walked out in both of those & didn't even order, the treatment was so bad! Will NEVER step for in this establishment again! Hope they get enough business from their current clientele, as they sure don't seem to want to attract any new business!

Tammy’s is a great place for a quick bite. You can’t go wrong grabbing a cheeseburger for lunch or looking for a great country meal. We personally love their breakfast. The bacon is perfect and the pancakes are great! They have the best old school home fries (scalloped and grilled potatoes) too. You definitely should give them a try if you’re near Round hill. Enjoy!

Breakfast or lunch only. Cash only. Small indescript place next to an Exxon station. We had to ask someone where it was located. You are not going for ambiance. Tammy provides comfort food at a good price in a small town diner atmosphere. Friendly. Lots of locals. That's why we went. Good for locals, good for us. Only 3 stars due to comparative use of stars. 5 stars for what it is.

Yesterday was the first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the attentive service, with the first-rate cooking and fine drinks and with the modest charge. We will no doubt go back there again.
